The Detroit Repertory Theatre’s Board of Trustees is hosting its Annual Red Night Benefit Celebration and Performance on Saturday, February 10, 2018.

This year’s Annual Red Night Benefit Celebration’s theme, a “Red Hot Summer Night”, embodies the Rep’s commitment to the community with the Midwest Premiere production of Dauphin Island by Jeffry Chastang, an award-winning local playwright. The evening will also include a Red Hot Poetic performance by Brenda Perryman; Champagne and delectable Southern-styled appetizers; delicious desserts; Contests and prizes; Silent Auction; as well as a presentation to the 2018 Irma Wertz - Patron of the Year honoree.

All funds raised from this Benefit will be used by the Board to help support the Detroit Repertory Theatre and the community activities and events that it promotes, including the Annual Community Street Fair and the Legendary Actors’ Workshop.
