Where Charitable Fundraisers Make "Cents" (and dollars!)

The DRT’s Group Fundraisers allow you to easily raise funds while having fun. You sell the tickets to your supporters, the Rep will take care of everything else.

Organizations or individuals purchase a Detroit Rep performance at a low fixed rate, then sell tickets at any price they wish. Tickets with your group's name and your ticket price are provided by the Detroit Repertory Theatre.

Guests attending "Your Night" may enjoy cocktails at the Repertory's thirty-foot cash bar.

Organizations typically profit 200–400% on their initial investment. Some groups profit even more by reinvesting their earnings from one show into additional group bookings throughout the season.

This Is How It Works:

A $200 non-refundable deposit saves your date

The deposit is applied to your total package cost. Once 50% of your package is paid we create customized tickets for you with your group’s name, your performance date, and your ticket price.

No later than one week before your performance date, pay your balance.

On your date: Sit back and enjoy the show!

Book more than one show in the season and your group will receive a certificate for a Subscription to the DRT that can be used as raffle, or silent auction, or simply a gift to one of your supporters. Additionally, groups who book more than one show will receive complimentary champagne for your dates, regardless of whether they are matinee or evening performances.

Food options: The DRT Kitchen is always open one hour before showtimes, and all guests are welcome to purchase, first come, first served. Groups are free to make individual arrangements with our Chef to set up a group tab for your performance.
